Brian Beck serves as Vice President of Project Management at SM CRE Services, where he leads the firm’s capital improvement, redevelopment, and tenant build-out initiatives across its managed portfolios. He oversees all aspects of project execution, including planning, construction management, and owner’s representation services.
Prior to joining SM CRE Services, Brian held roles at AECOM, where he managed design and construction administration services for complex facilities projects. Earlier in his career, he worked as a structural design engineer for commercial and industrial facilities, providing a technical foundation that informs his approach to project management and execution.
Brian’s experience spans ground-up development, repositioning strategies, and tenant improvement projects. During his tenure at SM CRE Services, he has led the execution of more than $250 million in capital projects and developed expertise in permitting, contractor oversight, risk mitigation, capital planning, and financial reporting. He also supports new client acquisition through physical property assessments, due diligence, and capital expenditure forecasting.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and is a Licensed Professional Engineer.
