Brooke Simonds serves as Vice President of Property Management at SM CRE Services, where she leads regional teams and oversees the operational performance of the firm's managed portfolios. She ensures that each property achieves its financial and operational objectives through strategic oversight, proactive management, and close collaboration with ownership and asset management teams, aligning day-to-day operations with long-term investment goals.
Prior to joining SM CRE, Brooke spent the majority of her career at Normandy Real Estate Partners, gaining extensive experience across urban and suburban markets in Boston and New York City. She also held roles at Rockhill Management and FoxRock Properties. Her broad experience across diverse asset classes and management structures, including owner-operator, joint venture, and third-party management, has provided her with deep expertise in operational leadership, financial oversight, reporting, and client engagement.
Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Endicott College.
