Brooke Simonds serves as Vice President of Property Management at SM CRE Services, where she leads regional management teams and oversees the operational and financial performance of the firm’s portfolio across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast. With extensive experience in commercial real estate operations, Brooke provides strategic leadership across property operations, client service, and team development. She works closely with ownership and asset management teams to align day-to-day execution with broader investment objectives, driving performance while delivering a high level of service.
Throughout her career, Brooke has developed a broad understanding of commercial real estate through experience across diverse markets, asset classes, and ownership structures. Prior to joining SM CRE Services, she spent the majority of her career with Normandy Real Estate Partners, where she held various roles and gained extensive experience managing urban and suburban portfolios in both Boston and New York City. She also held positions with Rockhill Management and FoxRock Properties.
Her experience spans office, industrial, and mixed-use assets, as well as owner-operator, joint venture, and third-party management platforms. Brooke is particularly focused on building high-performing teams, establishing scalable operating processes, and creating strong partnerships with ownership groups to maximize asset performance and enhance the overall client experience.
Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Endicott College.
