Greg Hughes is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of SM CRE Services, where he provides strategic leadership across all aspects of the firm's operations, including corporate strategy, portfolio management, and organizational growth.
With 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Greg brings deep expertise in acquisitions, development, financial structuring, and asset optimization. He takes a hands-on approach to portfolio management, combining innovative problem solving with a commitment to building lasting client and partner relationships.
Prior to founding SM CRE, Greg served as Executive Vice President and Market Leader at Madison Marquette, where he oversaw all aspects of the region's strategic management, operations, and multiple service lines, including asset management, property management, development, construction, and leasing. Earlier in his career, he worked at CBRE within the Global Corporate Advisory Services Group.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bentley University.
