Taylor Darrow serves as Director of Human Resources at SM CRE Services, where she leads the firm’s human resources functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and initiatives that support and strengthen organizational culture.
Prior to joining SM CRE Services, Taylor held HR leadership roles in both in-house and agency settings, supporting organizations across real estate, supply chain, and professional services. Her experience includes employee relations, compliance, process improvement, and strategic HR leadership within fast-paced, multi-state environments.
At SM CRE Services, Taylor has played an integral role in developing company policies, streamlining HR systems, and building performance frameworks aligned with organizational goals. She brings a collaborative approach and clear communication style to her work, serving as a trusted partner to both leadership and employees as the company continues to grow.
Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Louisiana State University and a Master’s Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Richmond, The American International University in London.
